Terms of use

These terms govern the use of pythie.ai and the services offered: the free AI visibility audit and the monitoring subscription (founder offer). The audit is free; the monitoring subscription is paid, purchased through our payment provider Polar.

You provide a domain and an email address; Pythie asks the AI engines about the analyzed brand’s market and delivers a visibility report. The report reflects the engines’ answers at the time of the scan: those answers change over time, and the report is a snapshot provided “as is”, with no guarantee of completeness. It does not constitute professional advice.

The audit is meant for reasonable use: analyzing your own brand or brands you manage. Abusive, automated or diverted use of the service may be restricted.

The monitoring subscription is monthly, without commitment, and can be cancelled at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid; monitoring then stops and no further payment is taken. The founder price ($49 per month, locked for life for the first subscribers, instead of the $59 public price) stays yours for as long as the subscription remains active. The price is shown and charged in the currency stated at checkout.

The subscription is operated by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record: invoicing and applicable taxes are handled by Polar. The terms of sale (payment, withdrawal and cancellation terms) are presented by Polar and submitted for your acceptance at the time of purchase. Cancellation can be done at any time from the Polar customer portal, available in your account.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts under ordinary law. If you are a consumer, the protective jurisdiction rules of your place of residence still apply.
